Business Development/Sales Professional
This is a fantastic opportunity to earn over $100,000 Per year! We have offices in Portland and Seattle that offer residential moving and storage, office moving, industrial moving as well as furniture delivery and installation services. We are also interstate agents for North American Van Lines. We offer pre-qualified leads. This position has uncapped potential and could develop over time into a greater sales management role.
We are looking for an individual with strong sales acumen. Must have excellent computer skills, basic CRM skills and drive to succeed. We can provide even higher compensation for someone who can bring business relationships from other industries that can translate to additional moving business.

Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls with the intent to close the sale
• Consistently meet or exceed sales goals
• Increase profitability of the sale by selling products and upgrade services
• Urgency and consistency with all leads and estimates with customers
• Provide customers with excellent customer care
• Ability to provide accurate relocation and storage estimates
• Enter all customer notes into CRM process
• Regular and accurate communication with Inside Sales, Outside Sales partners, Operations and Administration
• Maintain knowledge of tariffs and moving standards of practice
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Follow company policies and procedures, operating hours and disciplines
Job Requirement:
• High School diploma or GED, some college preferred
• 2+ years of successful inside sales experience meeting or exceeding sales goals
• Computer skills including Microsoft Office and CRM software
• Consultative/Solution based selling and closing skills
• Phone presence that is persuasive and influential
• High level of Customer Service
• Active listening skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
